As an active participant in the international leadership team, you will be responsible to drive the growth and develop the relationship with existing and new agents in the market.
You will build / expand various consumer segments access to the WU service in retail / digital or hybrid channel. You will exceed regional performance targets and be tasked to control the budget, business development, service delivery, marketing, external stakeholder management.
For this role, we require you to have a relevant working experience preferably in the banking and financial sectors or Mobile Money services and have a proven track record of driving business growth and managing budgets.
You'll have the ability to effectively handle all business areas and use your influencing skills to lead and build positive relationships to keep this region in sync.
