Position : Regional Sales Manager (EasyBuy)

Job Location : Tanzania based in Kahama, Singida, Songea or Dar es Salaam

Reporting to : Head of Sales (EasyBuy)

The Role :

The Regional Sales Manager (EasyBuy) is a senior professional for the Direct sales channel who will lead sales and distribution operations in one of the regions below :

  • Lake Zone- West covering Kagera, Geita and Shinyanga
  • Central Region
  • Southern Region
  • Daresalaam
  • Key responsibilities for the role include :

  • Recruitment of Area distributors in the identified territories
  • Recruitment, training and development of Area Sales Managers for the designated territories
  • Meeting the goals for Energy officer recruitment, activity and productivity
  • Meeting weekly and monthly Sales goals
  • Process adherence for customer service activities like collections, repossession and warranty in the region
  • This position reports directly to the Head of Sales (EasyBuy) and involves 15 - 20 days of travel per month.


    Profil recherché pour le poste : REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

    The ideal candidate :

  • Is a graduate degree holder from a recognized University
  • Has minimum 5 years' experience in Sales or Sales related environments like Sales coordination or Channel management such as recruiting distributors or agents
  • Is well versed with the local market geography, language and trade market. You should have worked in the designated market for at least 12 months in previous 3 years
  • Must reside in the designated Region Headquarters
  • Has working knowledge of MS office, email and smartphone apps
