Poste proposé : Sales Manager
Drive profitable growth of the region via building strong relationships with key government departments and officials as well as local business channels & partners including private companies and contractors in order to attain sales targets and growing Electric Business.
Key Accountabilities :
Meets Electrical Products’ Sales targets for the assigned market(s) through our partners and in accordance with the overall policies and objectives.
Monitors pipeline activities and accounts’ opportunities & wins and losses to develop growth strategies and action plans.
Builds sales pipeline via customer visits, site visits, training, sales presentations.
Analyzes opportunities, acts upon them, creates and maintains funnel of opportunities commensurate with growth ambition of the company and communicate those to senior management.
Manages partners’ relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Promotes and Sells Elsewedy Electric products, services and solutions
Obtains quotation requests from customers in assigned market(s).
Develops and implements sales and business development strategies for complex, solutions-based sales.
Secures amount and type of orders from assigned market(s) to meet sales budget and needs of the business.
Works closely with the business development team to explore new business opportunities in terms of diversification of products, processes, and business sectors as well as to ensure continuity of business opportunities with existing customers.
Contacts and qualifies new and potential customers and identifies their needs and gives formal and informal presentations.
Communicates regularly and consistently with the Sales Director on all quotation activity and status.
Builds and maintains relationship with the key vendors who are critical for the long-term success of the business.
Reviews various sales reports and sales activity reports.
Creates added value for the customer and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
Creates a customer service culture, demonstrating excellent customer service, and proactively seeking opportunities to make lasting relationship with customers.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Sales Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline, MBA is plus (Financial background is essential)
7 to 15 years of solid experience in Sales or Business Development functions for Electrical products’ business segments.
Technical experience in Cables, Transformers and Smart Meters.
Extensive knowledge of the Local market.
An Established network with the Key stakeholders (consulting engineers, partners, contractors, utilities, end-users and developers)
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent listening and negotiating abilities combined with the aptitude to run high value sales strategies
Excellent organizations skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, ERP / CRM related tool
Business fluency in French
Professional Working Proficiency in English
Understanding of the entire Sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, capture management, technical solution design, proposal writing, costing, applicable regulations and closing deals.
Ability to provide technical data built around specific customer or project requirements to adapt required technical solutions into existing or new products and generate correct product specification.
Ability to analyze customers’ technical specifications.
Technical and business acumen.
Prospecting and sales call management.
Extensive knowledge of South East Asia market.
Ability to collect, analyze and utilize market data regarding competitive products, customer needs, preferences and market trends.
