Principal duties and responsibilities :

  • Provide expert guidance to our clients on innovative activation strategies
  • Prepare, defend and follow-up the marketing activation budget
  • Develop and execute the Indexiom commercial plan to achieve growth objectives, market share and profit
  • Develop and refresh the Indexiom catalog of services
  • Develop Training materials for the Business Development teams within the coutries of operations
  • Design and execute innovative activation campaign that integrate the digital area
  • Recruit, train, assess and develop marketing activation field teams
  • Build and execute a detailed, data-driven, territory and market development plan.
  • Establish and drive micro-goals that guide your daily and weekly activities.
  • Seek and incorporate feedback from your manager, peers and other key constituents to continuously learn, refine and obtain the optimal return for your efforts.
  • Dedicate a minimum of 15-20% of your time to self-generated funnel development.
  • Achieve a Funnel Sufficiency KPI of >
  • 5x your Annual Quota in viable opportunities.

  • Leverage best-practice sales tools for increasing the quality of opportunities in your pipeline (Standard Opportunity Qualification Checklists and Deal Review Forms).
  • Prepare accurate account summaries and monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts aligned with the Inovalon operating calendar.
  • Identify deal-specific risks, collaborate and execute appropriate plans to mitigate with urgency.

  • From Bachelor’s degree to MBA / phD in Business Management, Marketing
  • Five or more years of experience in sales, trade marketing, marketing activation or business Development(Fast-learners applicants with less experience but world-class exposure to Business Development tools and techniques might be considered)
  • Strong client focus and ability to understand and achieve client needs and close business opportunities
  • Ability to grow and develop in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced growth organization
  • Ability and motivation to plan, organize, develop, implement and achieve planned results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred

  • Own a laptop and a smartphone with a constant internet connexion
