Job content :

1. Coordinate preparations for Webinars, Summits, and other events arrangements in advance and help to support during events

2. Monthly reports preparations

3. Coordinate work with Agencies

4. Organize field actions well and coordinate external resources

5. Prepare PPTs for presentations

6. Help to prepare visa documents for department

7. Coordinate meeting organization with countries and remind them on some agreed points to realize

8. Data collection and analysis and reporting to VP

9. Relationship building with minor stakeholders to support for general routine tasks

Profil du poste

Abilities and skills :

1. Experience in public relations work, marketing, sales or technical sales at least 1 year

2. Has ICT product knowledge, Huawei product preferred, such as wireless, Application and software, others.

3. Skilled in powerpoint, Excel and Word processing

4. Good organization and coordinate skills

5. Fluent in English and French, Chinese is a plus.

Personal character : Dynamic, works under pressure, open to criticism, honest, initiative taking and positive

Required degree : Master degree in commerce, management, business administration, IT or related field.
