Poste proposé : MARKETING MANAGER
Develop strategies and operational plans for the brands and evaluates marketing activities of assigned brand.
Solution orientated approach to address barriers.
Reviews marketing programs and implements program changes.
Works with analysts to analyze market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats.
Liaises with internal departments and external agencies to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans
Contributes to creativity of product packaging, presentation and promotional activities
Maximise the potential of the portfolio, through professional and successful working relationship with internal and external customers
Manage the promotion, pricing and positioning of the products, including effective resource allocation, in order to optimise sales and profits.
To strategize, write and implement the marketing plan in relation to the brand.
Responsibility for delivery of National Sales Targets
A&P and personal variable cost management
Acquire and maintain specific knowledge on all areas related to the success of the product portfolio
Close cooperation with the Brand Team in the development of promotional campaigns and the professional presentation of campaigns to the RSM and Representatives involved in promotion
Drive rigorous market insight generation based on robust analysis of market data to ensure that well informed strategic decisions are made.
Managing an accurate forecasting system ensuring optimal stock levels
Responsible for generating annual sales and expense budgets
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
Alignment of personal and company values.
Profil recherché pour le poste : MARKETING MANAGER
BSC Sciences or equivalent and / or a business degree in relevant field
5 years minimum Product Management experience in non-communicable disease
Experience managing complex projects
A demonstrated ability to network, build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and ability to work cross-functionally
The successful candidate would be expected to travel both FSA and Internationally
MBA in relevant field
Experience in Consumer and / or Managed Markets promotions and / or strategy role
Experience in Insight / Market Research
Sales and / or Sales Leadership experience
Understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in the cluster.
