Ready to take on new challenges? Majorel recruits for its Abidjan site, a Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Your role will be to handle customer interactions via calls, emails, chats etc; and ensure their satisfaction. Your mission will also be to offer and sell services, products or solutions and to process the files made available to you.
